What people say about my work!
Much of what I discussed with Gabriele was like a revelation to me - finding the true roots of many issues I need to confront. She clearly has an innate skill that goes far deeper than good training alone can provide. Her skill at listening and recognizing key comments has been pivotal in breaking a life-long cycle of downward spiraling when previously unidentified triggers were released.
Gabriele helped me to work through many layers of difficulties and find ways of learning strategies and simple methods that work for me, should I encounter difficulties again. I feel empowered as a result and more whole as an individual than at any time before.
I now understand the need to maintain the effectiveness of these new skills and how I might do so - based entirely on Gabriele helping me to ask myself the right questions and establishing productive outcomes.
I simply can't thank her enough. She stands out from the many therapists from whom I have sought help. I now have a firm basis on which to rebuild my life without fear of the future or of the past. Thank you.

When I came to see Gabriele for the first time I suffered from an extreme fear of flying and never wanted to get into a plane ever again although I used to be a frequent flyer.
Gabriele helped me to understand the way my body reacted on a severe and very scary experience which was triggered after my last flight, which wasn't even during the flight, but my mind connected it to that day and created a fear of flying. If someone would have told me this before, I am sure I would have not believed a word of this.
In the sessions with Gabriele I was able to understand how my brain and my body are connected and I was able to release the fear very gentle and in my own pace. It took me about 4 month to get back to my "old self" and now I am back flying.
It was an amazing journey to work with Gabriele. I am so glad, I took it.
